On the second Monday of each month, a team of volunteers from Hillsdale UCC cooks and delivers a meal to Transition Projects in downtown Portland. The meals are nutritious, delicious and made with love. Each one feeds 70 houseless individuals at Transition Projects. Our church has been serving through this project for over 40 years.
