This workshop seeks to train and support women in leadership roles, specifically for faith-based events. It is designed to foster confidence and skill with an emphasis on ethics and the importance of intention. Although Julie Rochelle-Stephens and Linda Neale teach from "Red Road" theology and metaphors, the skills learned are easily transferable to any faith tradition setting.
