On the first Sunday of each month, Pastor JJ hosts a Yin yoga class in the Sanctuary and on Zoom. Yin yoga is a gentle, contemplative form of yoga that is suitable for all skill levels.

Experienced and beginner yogis alike are welcome, and this class is open to the community. Please bring your own mat and props if you have them.
